Winter in Magalluf

We get many emails to our website, www.magalluf-palmanova.com, asking what it is like in Magalluf in Winter. Well, the simple answer is "Quiet".

It once used to be an all-the-year-round resort, but not any more. The majority of bars, clubs and restaurants are closed but, those that are open, often create a good atmosphere and, whilst it is nothing like the summer months, it must be remembered that the weather is far better than 'back home'.

For that home-from-home feeling, then Roosters Fish & Chip shop is just over the road from the Magalluf Park. Not only do they do good fish and chips but their Sunday Lunch is not to be missed.

If you like quizzes here is a local Calvia Quiz League with maches paye on a Sunday evening starting at 9.00 pm - guests are welcome as there is no restriction on team size. The Pink Panther is the only team from Magalluf in the League.

If you are a golfer then why not pop into the offices of Mallorca Golf Connection, which is above the Boston Bar, also on the Avenida Sol y Vera. They can get you a discount on green fees at all Mallorca's golf courses.
